Service Providers
Verispec AI Ltd uses the following providers. "Customer Content" includes uploaded engineering documents and related processing results. A model's developer and its hosting provider may be different companies.
Document processing and storage

| Microsoft Azure | Application hosting, workers, database, document and output storage, and server logs; documents during processing and at rest, results, account and operational records. Operates in the Canada Central region (Toronto, Canada). |
| Cloudflare | Pages website hosting and API proxying: requests to the service pass through Cloudflare's distributed network on their way to Azure. Cloudflare no longer stores documents (see below). |
| OpenRouter and eligible model hosts | AI analysis of document text and images. Requests are restricted to hosts offering zero data retention and no request-data collection, and to reviewed models. The reviewed model families include Moonshot AI, OpenAI, xAI and Google; the actual host depends on routing. |
Accounts and operations

| Sentry | Error monitoring; current reporting removes request bodies, credentials, user identity and exception messages before sending. |
| Grafana Cloud | Server logs from before October 16, 2026 only (new logs stay in Azure), with filtering of document text, emails, query strings and exception messages. |
| Langfuse | Model-call metadata such as model, timing, tokens, stage, job and organisation IDs. Current tracing excludes prompts, responses and images and reduces errors to types/codes. |
| Google Workspace | Business email, demo notifications, calendar bookings and customer correspondence. |
| UptimeRobot | Monitoring public health endpoints. |
| GitHub | Source control and deployment workflows, rather than customer document processing. |
Previous providers
Until October 16, 2026 the service ran on Fly.io (application servers and database, Virginia, United States) and stored documents in Cloudflare R2. Those copies are no longer used and are kept only as a fallback until they are deleted, by mid-November 2026.
Website providers
Google Ads and OpenAI advertising tags support marketing measurement. Google Fonts supplies fonts on other website and app pages. Google Calendar handles demo bookings. These roles are separate from processing uploaded engineering documents. See the Cookie Notice.

Processing locations and retention depend on the service and configuration. Contact hello@verispec.ai for relevant location, provider or data-processing agreement information. We update this list as our providers change and follow any additional notice obligations in an applicable customer agreement. This list does not represent that VeriSpec has individually negotiated or signed an agreement with every listed provider.
